Nido is looking for a trilingual English, Catalan and Spanish secretary specialized in school management.

Duties include:

  • Creation and translation of social media articles
  • Maintaining accounts
  • Replying to calls and emails in three languages
  • Online Store management 
  • Organization of the daily catering delivery.
  • Greeting parents and children
  • Word processing
  • Maintaining diaries/arranging appointments
  • Managing databases
  • Recruiting and supervising junior staff

The skills we are looking for:

  • Fluency in at least the three languages mentioned above
  • IT skills such as:
    • Mac
    • Word
    • Excel
    • WordPress
    • Outlook
    • Nursery school management softwares
    • Prestashop
    • Photoshop
  • Secretarial skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication skills will parents and children
  • Teamwork
  • Organizational skills
  • Proactive

Knowledge of the Montessori pedagogy is a plus.

The position is part time with high possibility of full time by September 2016.
